7 Days of Healthy Breakfast Smoothies

There's nothing i love more than an icy cold smoothie in the hot summer months! I usually make up smoothie bags in advance and store them in the freezer in our Sinchies sandwich or wrap bags, so it's a quick grab a bag out the freezer and whizz it up ...... easy, healthy breakfast solution. I also struggle somedays to eat the recommended amount of fruit and vegetables so this is always a good way to get the daily amount into me. Also a fantastic way to use up any fruit that's close to it's use by date, cut it up and pop it in the freezer for ron. How to make Peanut Butter Smoothie

1 banana, 2 tbsp peanut butter, 1/3 cup natural yoghurt and 2 TBSP honey and 500ml milk

How to make Berries 'n' Cream

1 cup strawberries, 1 cup raspberries, 1/3 cup natural yoghurt, 1 banana, 1/4 tsp vanilla bean paste and 500ml milk

How to make Fruit Burst
