Refunds and Returns Policy

We accept refunds and returns. Our policy is 14 days. If 14 days have gone since your purchase we won't be able to offer you a return or refund. To be able to return your goods, the items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. We cannot accept returns or refund any purchase of perishable goods including (but not limited to) yoghurt cultures, smooth gels, smoothie boosters etc. To complete your return we require proof of purchase and the goods returned at the expense of yourself. Upon receiving and inspecting the goods we will then issue you with a refund. If you purchase via Afterpay/ZipPay we will deduct their service fees of 10% from your refund. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need a replacement please send us an email at hello@sinchies.com with a description and photo/video of the problem.

Order Cancellations

To request an order cancellation, please send an email to hello@sinchies.com with your name and order number. Please note, cancellations MUST be requested by 10pm the night before the next packing day after the order was placed (e.g. 10pm on Sundays and Wednesdays). If the order has already been processed for packing, you will have to following the returns method outlined above.

Missing/Late Orders

Please allow up 30 days for delivery (unless you paid for express postage). If you haven't received your order (in Australia) within 30 days of placing it - please contact us at sendmesome@sinchies.com within 7-10 days so we can follow it up. If you fail to contact us within 40 days of placing your order, we will not be able to follow this up with Australia Post. Packages that go as a large letter, unfortunately do not come with any tracking. We cannot take responsibility for packages that have not been delivered by Australia post or the courier service but will do our best to ensure we investigate this. If you haven't received your item what you need to do is - 1) Let us know via email 2) We will advise you what to do 3) Update us on what the outcome is 4) We will lodge a dispute if needed and then we have to wait the 10 days that Australia Post take to investigate this before we send out another parcel to you. We do our very best to get orders out in a timely manner and will not be held responsible for their wrong doing. We have no control over Australia post or the courier company and how long they take to deliver items. For international orders please allow 2 months for your order to get to you. Please note, Sinchies has no control over postage times once your order has left our hands.

Shipping

We send orders out on Mondays and Thursdays weekly by regular Australia Post mail service, Sendle or Fastway Couriers. You are liable for all postage charges. We hold no responsibility for orders not insured and lost in the mail. Express and Insurance is optional - if you require this please email hello@sinchies.com We do not usually send tracking numbers with packages as it simply takes us too long to do this through the website. If you require a tracking number please email us and we will be more than happy to provide you with one. Once parcels leave our hands it is the courier or Australia posts responsibility to get this to you in a timely manner, unfortunately we have no control over how long they take to deliver products. If mail is uncollected by the recipient or the address is incorrectly supplied by you, you will be liable to pay the full postage fee (not our discounted rate of $4.99) including the return to sender cost, for us to resend your order. If you wish to have your order refunded and not resent, we will refund you the cost of the goods minus postage paid plus the return to sender cost.

Faulty Products

Like any company we do get some faults out of the 1000s of pouches we produce. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty product please let us know within 6 months of the purchase date, otherwise we will not be able to offer a replacement. Please email hello@sinchies.com with details of the fault, a photo and your order name or number.

Coupons

Unless otherwise stated, discount coupons may only be used once per customer, are only valid at the time of check-out and may not be used on sale items. Sinchies reserves the right to cancel and refund orders which breach these conditions.

By making this purchase you are agreeing that you will not resale our product without our prior written consent and that you will be held responsible to keep the small original white lids out of the reach of children and infants. We will not be held responsible for any harm caused to children and infants. Products are available online through the website. These products may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images or our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate. We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products that we offer.
