What is munch and crunch? It's a quick brain break or re-fuel where your kids get to refuel on fruit, vege or sometimes dairy. In Queensland we call it munch and crunch and I've heard some people call it crunch and sip (sounds like wine and a cheeseboard to me - I'm in!) What do you call it?
