Ingredients:
- 1 frozen banana
- A handful of baby spinach
- 1 cup milk of choice
- 3 ice cubes
- 1 tablespoon of cacao powder
- 1 tablespoon of peanut butter
- 1/2 an avocado
- 1-2 teaspoons of maple syrup
Method:
Pour all ingredients into a blender or thermomix, blend, pour into reusable pouch and serve.
